I've seen several jobs from Mike Moss and can unreservedly recommend the high quality of his painting and power washing, both by him and his crew. His carpentry work was adequate but of lesser quality than his painting. I don't recommend you retain him for electrical or plumbing work, unless he contracts this to others skilled in the particular work (or now employs others with these skills). Lastly, his painting cost estimates can be excessively high. He is honest and upfront and provides a written estimate, however.

House Beautiful has done several paint jobs at my home, and I was extremely satisfied with each one. The crew is very pleasant, they clean up meticulously each day, and do a superb job. The owner, Mike, is very fair with pricing and follows up on each job to make sure it is completed to the owner's satisfaction.

Only real problem is that they have so much work that the job took longer than originally planned. However I appreciate that the owner wants to keep a workforce that he can trust so the quality stays high.
