I was very happy with their pricing and quoting me what I asked for (unlike other companies). The did the work quickly and as scheduled. There was an issue with the Gas furnace portion of the system which required a follow-up visit and probably should have been better understood by the installers but overall, I'm still quite happy with the end result.
