They were prompt in coming out for a quote and to give suggestions. We had several emails back and forth with questions before we settled on what we wanted, and they were always prompt in getting back to us. We did have to wait 6 weeks for the factory to make the door, but that was OK. The installer came out on the scheduled day on time, did the job well, was friendly, answered questions, cleaned up and was nice and neat on his wiring, which says a lot for professionalism.

Excellent experience with Garage Tech. Their estimate for garage door and opener was very reasonable. They came out for an estimate within 2 days. Amber was very patient and kept in touch with me regularly despite some delays with the check coming from the insurance company, and then she called to let me know they had a cancellation, so I got my job done 3 days earlier! Payton did the installation and did a great job, left the garage spotless, was very pleasant, and even helped me corral my wayward pup! I highly recommend Garage Tech. Thank you all for a great experience!
