I need a new heating/cooling system, certainly into 5 figures. Nice fellow came to the house. He seemed knowledgeable about the equipment but I was nervous because he appeared to be thin in the ranks and he is the owner. He gathered all the data, offered nice helpful comments and then left. Never heard back. I've deliberately not followed up because I need professionalism.
