We have worked with CM in the past and once again they were fantastic. This time we were replacing an older gas furnace with a new Heat Pump system (the new HP is electric and we paired it with a new gas furnace as the back up). Our advisor from CM, Mike Pompeo, was great to work with—knowledgeable, gracious with our questions and always got back to us promptly. He did not pressure us while we considered our options. Their warranty was also the best of the 4 or 5 companies we had out for bids. Four months later and we are very happy.

We bought a heat pump and it was loud, technician came out and installed blankets which should have been installed. The left screws all over the yard. We had had them move the unit to the other side of the house and the neighbors complained. So it took 4 months before they finally put a cage around the unit with didn't work, Numerous calls, no responses, and we asked for a mitigation after the cage did not work and no response to this day. Huge disappointment.
