Our experience with Toll Brothers is as the neighbor of a large construction project of theirs. Based on that experience, we would never purchase a home built by them, nor recommend anyone else do so. Their work has negatively affected our own residential area. Toll Brothers made minimal effort to mitigate their impacts during construction, acting only when forced to by the city, and even then in the most minimal, least-meaningful way. They actively work against property owners' interests. It is safe to assume that they treat their customers with similar lack of care; I have no doubt that once they've sold a house, that buyer will be practically on their own. Whatever minimal warranty is provided, will be honored only under the most egregious circumstances, and only under threat of legal action.
