Prompt response. Was given several options, including lifetime warranty which involved higher quality parts. Technician seemed well trained and competent; charge seemed expensive, but quality work. Was told the company had been in business for 40 years and is national. Usually prefer small family companies, but the last one to repair this garage door put in a major part that only lasted two years (no warranty).

I called and Alexander (employee, not a franchise) was here in less than an hour. Had springs, rollers & cables replaced. It's a job and a half, so not for this guy. Done on time (<2 hrs total) even with the challenge of poor construction on the original (which could not be changed. ) Great explaining before & after. Highly recommend.
