I engaged Lowe's to measure for and estimate cost on installation of kitchen sink and faucet. Plumber contractor showed up on time and was very helpful. Did all the measurements and I waited, and waited and called and called for the estimate. Never got the estimate and customer service just kept telling me "we're waiting for paperwork" .After 1 month of non receipt of an estimate or even a phone call, I went with another plumbing company. Only after a month, someone from Lowe's called me. I explained why I would not be using them. Staff at the store was really helpful even though I requested a refund of their service. I was not impressed with Lowe's online website. I ordered the sink and faucet online and it looked like I could get delivering of all fixtures within 2 days. However, instead it took another week to get the sink delivered. Will not use their services in the future. Sadly, their employees did everything in their power to make things right.

The products I’ve bought from there have all worked well and sales accociates were very helpful. Sometimes service is slow
