I had an inspection scheduled at 1:15 and told them they needed to get out of here before 11. No problem, they said--we'll be there at nine. At 2:15 PM they called my cell phone (the inspector had just flunked the place), they called and asked, "Are you ready for us yet?". Like it was MY fault that they hadn't shown up for their appointment five hours earlier!
