This was a dryer duct cleaning. Our dryer was giving messages that there was blockage. After doing what we could and figuring out that the duct behind the drywall had to make angled turns to get the air to the outside vent, we decided that we probably actually did need a professional cleaning. The only problem that I ran into was that the technician contacted my tenants to do the service instead of me (same building, different units), so I was not able to talk to the technician to see what he found. I left a message at the business's office and very soon received a call from the owner wanting to figure out how to correct this not-so-good information flow. We arranged that the technician would call me to talk to give me the information I needed. That all happened, I got plenty of information, and was assured that the technician knew what he was doing. Kudos to the owner for contacting me to make sure I got what I needed to be satisfied with the service, having knowledgeable technicians, and making no suggestions to also clean our heating ducts (definitely not needed).
