We usually have to go get the aid serviced, new tube, new filter, etc. This time they said the aid itself needed to be sent out to fix it. They advised us of the cost, $300 to fix it. They did give us a loaner to use until it came back. So we went thinking we would pay $25 for the normal service, and came out with a $325 bill. We always go to the Federal Way clinic and the staff there is always very proficient and helpful. Just the price of the repair was off putting. But, he has to have the aids, and has to hear, so what can you do.
