Not Recommended
This company is now known as Zen Clean. Engaged them for their house softwash service. Process involved wetting siding, applying a cleanser, waiting 20 minutes and rinsing off. Unfortunately was very expensive ($0.40 per calculated sq ft including garage and porches) and didn't work on our cedar siding (siding is stained rather than painted). Window cleaning quote was $15 per window for outside cleaning. Solar panels quoted at $12 per panel (no discount for larger number of panels). No bulk/multi job discount, though website said there would be. Quoted prices were more than double website estimate. On the positive side, they responded to my request quickly, were very punctual on the day, went straight to work, and were pleasant throughout the process.
