Shannon was an expert at finding the perfect aids and fit for me as a new hearing aid wearer. She took plenty of time to make sure to answer all my questions. Follow up care over the past 3 years has been exemplary. She worked with my insurance and I received aids for much less money than fellow seniors in my residence have gotten for equally rated products. I'm happy to travel quite far for her help.

Dr. Shannon Christen is friendly and professional. I was impressed with how open and honest she was in explaining what I needed for my first hearing aid, explaining the different levels of cost and effectiveness of the various devices. She matched the perfect devices for me. By the end of the first day wearing them, I had forgotten they were there. I couldn't be happier.
