Expensive, but the only plumber in town who had the parts for our water heater on his truck. Everyone else said they would have to order them. Prompt service.

A faucet was replaced by Berkeley H & P a few years ago. It clogged, so I went to the shop for a replacement part, since I had been told that parts would be always in stock for this model.(That was the reason why I got an old faucet replaced by them.) But the part was not in stock and they do not seem to be happy with getting it from a dealer. At the end, I was told, "You are the only person who got a clogging problem with this faucet."
