The rims were on backorder, which was fine. But a few weeks later, I found out online while researching which tires I wanted, that the rims were available and finally had to call Bill to ask him to check up on them. Had I not done this I may still not have my rims.
Then, when he installed my rims and tires I provided my own TPMS sensors in order to save money (Bill is not cheap). He could not figure out how to program the sensors with my car's computer and sent me home with them not working. He kept making excuses and then blamed me for my sensors being broken. He was supposed to look for a solution, but it's been a week since then and he still hasn't called me with said solution. BUT, I bought my own tool and got my "bad" sensors to work just fine. He was going to charge me $40 to program these sensors and it literally took me 5 minutes. 5 minutes! My sensors were good, he was incompetent.
He didn't hesitate to take my money (and I spent A LOT!) and send me home with an incomplete job and hasn't followed up with a solution and I find this to be really bad business. I do not recommend him.
