The couch I ordered in March 2021 due in October was delivered January 2022 and one lift mechanism was broken, It was repaired and returned. Two pillows ordered with the couch were never delivered despite calls and letter to the local store, email to the national office. I am told in July 2022, the pillows will be here in 2-3 weeks. I have never received such poor customer service and lack of contact from this company. I purchased a couch and several chairs from them previously.

Purchased a recliner that was a 25% discount according to TV ad. However was assessed a $50 fee to move it from their warehouse to their store for pickup. This amounts to false advertising. Contacted the corporate office who responded that they had no control over franchise stores.
