I am rating this company on the hardwood flooring installation. It took almost 2 years to get a professional looking floor installed. The first time they came out was a disaster. The base board was not stained and attached to the wall. When I mentioned this the worker stained it and got the stain on the wall. Needed to have the room repainted. The floor made crackling sounds when stepped on, and it took way too long for a manager to finally come and see what the problem was. I felt they made excuses and didn't believe the problem was a big deal when it certainly was, it seems the flooring was defective.

I signed a contract for $8250 and was charged an additional $800 (I negotiated it down from $1500). The estimator said the job needed additional materials, but he just underbid the job. He held up the job until I paid. The workers had no respect for the homeowners time or property: they ofter arrived late, used my tools without asking, did not clean up properly, and tossed material randomly on a back patio. This job was contracted thru Costco and ultimately the additional $800 charged was refunded thru Costco.
