I picked out the armstrong tile I wanted on the armstrong website,noticed Lowe's sale of armstrong products, tile and linoleum, then could never get them to quote, while visiting the San Francisco store regularly once a week in person for a month I learned later from another source it was because Armstrong does not allow every seller access to every product except by exception for unknown criteria. I wasted a lot of time with Lowe's because the floor staff apparently did not know that Armstrong would refuse to quote the supply needed. However, I ended up very satisfied with a carpet purchase elsewhere over the worst spot.
