Pro- Did not charge for a fault (engine shutdown) that would not repeat when the mechanic was there. They spent time inspecting it , but charged nothing.
Con- Blamed me for a rubber gasket that had marginal flaws. The car was purchased new at this dealership and never serviced elsewhere.
Con- Returned the car with 3 out of 4 problems not fixed, and the interior dismantled, without explanation. (Eventually did fix everything after complaints)
Con- Does not answer the phone. Does not call when they promise to.
