We had a hot water tank leakage on a Sunday and early Monday called Water Quality for help as I had no water in the house after turning it off. Jason quoted me a price, if necessary, for a replacement heater over the phone and Diego arrived shortly thereafter and inspected the tank. He educated us on everything that could be wrong and ultimately decided that the 11 year old tank was in need of replacement. Also learned how to keep cold water in the house while by passing the tank and/or water softener. Also learned that it is necessary to drain the tank from time to time as was recommended in the owner's manual. Great company to deal with as they have been my repiping/water softener/plumbing company for many years.

Installed new kitchen faucet and also inspected leaking outside faucet back flow inhibitor. Back flow inhibitor just needed tightening. Work done successfully and efficiently.

I have asked them to come out tomorrow, so I can't really rate their work yet. But your website is inaccurate in the pricing --- and I'm not sure how they get a good red check on pricing. They charge $155 for the first hour + a $15 "transportation" fee, so really their initial charge is $170. Then each subsequent hour is $150, not $140. And they only pro-rate in increments of 30 minutes, so if they stay for one hour and 10 minutes, the charge would be $245, which is more than the new kitchen faucet they will be trouble shooting (only cold water comes out, hot water dribbles with some debris--looks like a debris blockage from the installation which was done by someone else). Crazy, but it's hard to get anybody else to come before Thanksgiving. Not sure if I will recommend or not after the service is completed tomorrow.
