This shop used to be great till middle of 2020, when ownership changed. I was a customer since 1983. The new owner has very high profit focus. But service quality is questionable. Many of the mechanics, who used to work there till 2020 have left or retired. It’s a whole new business, still riding on goodwill of old customer reviews. The new owner tends to be confrontational and rude to customers who are dissatisfied with service and speak up.
