After buying the carpet, they were slow scheduling measuring for the exact amount of carpet neded.

Insisted in full payment up-front, which is atypical in our experience. Installer careless, chipping paint in the hallway while carrying the carpet upstairs. Then I had to point out several places in the closets where the carpet wasn’t tacked down properly. He fixed those, but wasn’t happy about it.
