We had some recent issues with some cloudiness in our pool water. I had called to schedule a service visit to test and treat the water and was pleasantly surprised by a recommendation that we bring in a water sample for testing to save on a service visit charge as an initial option. We did just that and picked up some chemicals to try to remediate the water condition and ended up with a $10 charge in lieu of the much larger visit fee and our water problem cleared the next day. The fact that Swift was willing to put us first as a customer rather than chase the larger fee meant a lot and we'll be using Swift regularly moving forward (vs. our approach of using whoever was immediately available).
