We had a tree fall during a storm. The clean up for the fallen tree was fast and easy and left the stump to be ground on another day. They informed us that they may have to subcontract the stump grinding to another company if the electrical wires did run under the tree. The electrical lines run directly under our tree. It took several emails and calls to find out that it would have to be a subcontractor and we still do not have a timeframe for when the work will be completed. Had they been more responsive to our inquiries I would have a different opinion of their work.
