I contacted several fence builders in Lake County, and had 3 come out and give me an estimate. The Aztec estimator came the day after I called, and gave me a commitment to complete the work sooner than their competitors. The price was good, and I was ready to sign, but I was planning on going out of town, so I inquired about how best to make sure someone was available on site, and to pay the balance. (after giving them a 30% deposit). I offered to have a brother come and meet them if I was out of town, and to pay the balance, but the guy I talked to refused, saying I could "either stay in town, or pay 100% in advance". I reiterated that I would have someone available with full payment the day they arrived, but he was adamant that if I couldn't be on site, they would not do the work. Seemed extreme to me, so I went with a competitor who had no issues whatsoever having me pay 30% as a deposit, and the balance when completed. They did a great job.

Their office is a joke. Multiple times I had to call and try to straighten out situations. Seemed like they were totally disorganized. i bought a cheap wood fence but it started to deteriorate as soon as it was put up. Called to have gate fixed as it moved within weeks and wouldn't open. After repair, both my gates still have issues.
