Getting the glasses was fine although there were few inexpensive choices. I chose a pretty pricey frame and was pressed to buy some warranty which I declined to do. Sure enough the frames fell apart within a year. I should say that my previous eyeglasses are in fine working order apart from the prescription being too weak now. Most irritating was not only the complete lack of interest by the manager when I asked about repairing them, but the mocking tone he took when telling me I should have bought the extra warranty. If I spend $200 on a piece of plastic I expect it to be a darn good piece of plastic not a piece of junk that completely fails after 10 months! Unprofessional- I would never go back if only because of the poor treatment I received after I purchased my glasses- the classic "we got your money already so don't expect us to do anything for you now."
