They did a good job on the for what I needed done, but they had to come back a couple of times to get everything finished up properly. Both times I had them do work. . Also, there was a lack of communications between the crew and the sales writer, so I ended up having to explain what they were supposed to be doing.

Very expensive. used poor quality equipment. follow up has been poor. most of the technicians are inadequate. only one employee out of several knows what he is doing. has been a frustrating experience.

B-dry waterproofed our basement 25 years ago. They have a life-time guarantee on their work. This past year we had some flooding. They made good on that guarantee.
