Mr. Dressner is the best computer tech I've every engaged. He has a thorough understanding of systems hardware and software. With his knowledge and intuition, he solves problems quickly and permanently. He's is aware of the latest computer viruses and how to treat them. His judgement is excellent. His prices are fair. Problems that can be handled quickly over-the-phone are not billed.

I can't imagine anyone being more helpful than Peter. I was in a real panic with a hacked laptop and he responded and fixed everything remotely within a matter of hours. It was thrilling that my problem was not so severe that he had to make a trip to the house, though he would have been very happy to do so. In the end, he not only did everything brilliantly but he calmed me down and gave me so many tips. I chose him because of his 100% ratings and he lived close by. When you REALLY need help and you're able to find fast AND perfect answers, well, nothing is better! I HIGHLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY RECOMMEND PETER DRESSNER.
