Surprised there was no follow up by owner after installation to make sure we were satisfied before charging the balance due.

Very poor communication and broken promises. After a large tree fell, I called to get the earliest possible estimate to reinstall a section of our fence that had been removed. The estimator came and then called the next day to let me know it would take several weeks to order a replacement locust post that had been cracked when the tree company removed the fence. I called the estimator back right away because we would not be able to wait that long because our dog needed a fence, so to proceed instead with the regular pressure treated post. For the next several days, I waited for the contract to be emailed. I called Phoenix Fence and left a message to inquire about the contract and scheduling, and I got no reply for the next couple days.

The estimator finally contacted me two days later in the evening and finally emailed the contract. Number of days between the estimate and the emailed contract: 9.5. Then the estimator texted me early the next morning to let me know they could do my job that day, and to call the office. I quickly called the office before 7:30 a.m. to ask them what I needed to do to get the job done that day--I didn't want to lose the opportunity to finally reinstall the fence. I was told the job for that day had just been scheduled to someone else, and that I would have to reschedule for the following week. Being that we had already been without a fence for our dog for two weeks, and rain was in the forecast for the entire week to come, we were faced with further delays. I guess Phoenix Fence doesn't make prior customers a priority. They had installed our entire fence a year earlier.
