I was having an issue with my well water system. They investigated the issue and found the problem was my well pump check valve. They clearly explained the issue and discussed the options with me. The work was completed, and I feel the price was fair.

I am not a customer of West Well Pump Services, but I learned I had no water on January 1st, New Year's Day, at about 9 in the morning. I knew I couldn't call anyone for emergency help on New Year's so I bought gallons of spring water for the day. I had been searching for a well servicer who KNEW wells for a long time and after spending time on Checkbook, it was West Well Pump Service that I kept in my calendar, so I left a message in late morning. John called back January 2 about 10AM and he and Joe were here early afternoon. I was sure I needed a new pump and it would be days before I had water back, but no, John and Joe repaired the problem -- no small undertaking given the age of my well and the cold. I have already recommended them to my son who's renovating a home in Williamsport for someone with a well. Such a pleasure to have intelligent, experienced, honest, helpful people who know what they're doing. Gives you faith that everything will be okay. Makes you remember the time when most of us agreed that helping people was a great idea.
