I called to schedule a routine dryer vent cleaning, as it had been some time since it had been done (by another company). I was astonished how quickly and graciously the owner responded (because it's rare these days). It happened that he had a service technician in my area that day and was able to accommodate my schedule in arranging a visit. The gentleman arrived as promised, was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough - every quality you'd want in someone performing a service or task in your home. The company is veteran owned and operated, which to me conveys a certain standard of work ethic; the price quoted was what I expected and the senior discount was a pleasant benefit. Highly recommended.

Our dryer was overheating. It turns out that our dryer duct was clogged. I called and said it was semi-urgent because my kids were trying to do laundry and couldn't use the dryer (were leaving for college in a few days). The owner, Dennis, scheduled our service for the next morning! James, the technician, was right on time, provided explanations and showed us what he was going to do, and did it (even showed us the bird's nest which he had cleaned out and came out of the duct). He was reasonably priced and very professional. A+ service!

We will have them back to clean our dryer vent next year. They were reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with.
