My new favorite plumber!! Todd was finishing a job at my neighbor's house. She has used him for 20 years--he was the original plumber when her house was built. He came over to look at a problem I had with the kitchen faucet. Another plumber had said I needed to replace it. Todd looked at it and said he could fix it with the parts I had. This faucet comes with a lifetime guarantee so he suggested I keep it. Super friendly, professional, and detailed. I asked him about installing a better backup system for my sump pump, and he showed me how I can prevent problems--something no other plumber had done! His price was a little higher than what the other plumber quoted, but overall it was a lot cheaper because I didn't have to buy a new faucet. It pays to have someone with lots of experience. Todd and his son have earned my trust.

Bathtub was leaking into room below. Mr Anders was there the next day and right on time. We have used him for numerous other jobs and he is great at explaining options and really good at finding hidden leaks. He's on my phones autodial.

Todd Anders and his wife Tammy, the office manager, are a pleasure to do business with. They are invariably friendly, and Todd is a skilled craftsman who knows his business and gives solid advice, as well as, excellent service. He was a subcontractor when we renovated our kitchen, and we called him later when we had a serious problem with a broken drain that was made worse by the person we hired to fix it. Todd took one look and said whoever did the work was not a plumber, and I had to admit I'd given the job to an incompetent. Todd explained the fix would be more expensive than if he had seen it before the previous repairman broke the drain inside the wall. I was chagrinned but knew he was right. He did what had to be done and has been back several times when we needed a plumber. He isn't cheap, but we find him reasonable, and we are grateful to know someone who will make every effort to come when we need him and leave knowing the problem is solved.
