This is the company that will waste your time beyond all others, except telecom companies. Up-selling and long, non-negotiable contracts are their stock and trade. In a rapidly-changing, tech-driven market, this is one of the old-timers that is not keeping up.

I wanted to set up auto-pay on my end but since I wouldn't let them take money out of my account every month, they insisted on sending me a bill and then charging me a fee for that. I offered to set it up so that my money got there on whatever day of the month they wanted--it was either their way or an invoice that I had to pay for. Because it was an older alarm, I would get phone calls saying that my system wasn't communicating with them. I asked them to fix it and they said they would but it would still call me. When I called to cancel and I told them why--they said, oh we can waive that fee for you and we can fix that alarm for you and we can give you this great deal on a new alarm system. Too late! Went with Dominion Security and they treated me well right from the beginning.
