Horrendous property management company. Property managers (and at least one company executive) knowingly allow our board members to violate our governing documents. HOA rules are enforced differently for board members and non-board members. HOA meetings are not announced. HOA minutes are not posted. Board members and their terms are not made known. Correspondence is not answered. Homeowners who complain are retaliated against. They go by the name of TMGA. Avoid at all costs.
