This is my third local move with Olympia. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Gerson and Ricardo did a wonderful job. They showed up early, were patient while I worked out a freight elevator issue with the apartment complex, and got right to work once they got in the apartment. I moved about three rooms of furniture and some dishes, which they had to pack. They were careful with my property in both places. They protected the flooring and plastic-wrapped most things to protect them. They skillfully disassembled and reassembled pieces when needed. They did not leave a mess. Mostly, they were genuinely professional, skilled, and polite. I also appreciated working with Dan and Jennifer to plan the move. They were similarly professional, competent, and helpful. They took my worries away. Everything went smoothly! I hope I’m finished with local moves for a while, but, if the need for one arises again, I will call Olympia.

Four movers arrived promptly, and worked steadily, carefully, and hard: Rashad, Bogdan, Aaron, and Kenan. They were courteous, accommodating, professional, and very competent. Everything reached its destination in perfect shape. We ran into one and only one problem that arose from an unintentionally bad judgment call on the part of the estimator. I was worried that we couldn't get the bed down the stairs. It is iron, and I was prepared to have a welder "cut it" to get it out and then re-weld at the new house. The estimator measured and judged we could make it work, but we couldn't. The four movers tried everything they could think of and checked with headquarters.
