As of October 2018, they completely stopped returning calls asking for service. Therefore I've rated them "adequate" in categories related to communication (advice, pleasantness, timeliness, estimates). Over the years I've used them, Mr. Wagner would usually answer the phone in the early morning. At other times you'd have to leave a message and he would call back the next morning. But for a month or two they haven't returned any calls. Chris always does quality work, but if you can't get anyone to come out, that doesn't really matter.

This once wonderful company seems in decline. Must leave voicemail message when you call. Recently, no call-back for more than 48 hours & we used a different company.
