They responded quickly to my request for help in identifying cause of a leak from an upstairs bathroom. Kevin did a great job, initially in identifying the cause of the lead -- a shower door issue -- that needed to be fixed by others. I then asked him to look at a couple of other issues, including a faulty plumbing vent which required substantial work to repair. He superbly replaced a major portion of the pipe and repaired a broken connection in a way that minimized disruption to my home. He communicated well with me throughout and was tidy throughout. Great service.

At the recommendation of both my home inspector and grill installer, I sought to have my gas lines inspected to ensure that everything was connected in a safe, professional manner, and I saw that Master Plumbing was highly rated on Washington Consumer Checkbook. Therefore, I decided to contact them for an appointment. This morning, Fred came to my home to provide both a visual inspection of the gas lines as well as official tests for gas leaks, and he confirmed that the gas lines were running safely and properly all around my home -- including the lines to the heating system, water heater, dryer, and new gas grill. Subsequently, he confirmed that these inspections will not need to be repeated on a yearly basis, but only if and when there is evidence of a possible leak. Fred really stands out for his professional demeanor, his clear, simple explanations, and the trust and confidence that he inspires in his work. I'm very glad I reached out to them for assistance, and I now enjoy a greater sense of peace of mind from his having conducted this inspection. I'm grateful for his work, and I would enthusiastically hire them again.

We have been using Master Plumbing for several years and had been happy with them for price and service. Unfortunately, the last small job we hired them for was outrageously expensive. Will not use again.
