I've been a loyal customer of this company for 15 years. But recently this business let me down. Called the plumber to fix a ceiling leak in the basement. FIrst came out, looked at it, and said would be back right after New Year's. Never heard from him again. Has not returned calls. Very disappointing. Proved that the company is not reliable and doesn't honor commitments.

On many levels, this plumbing company is excellent. The the first time he came, the plumber was quick to respond to our call, did the job neatly and at a reasonable price, and offered good advice. Called him several times again for other jobs but he never responded. I would have liked for him to be our go-plumber, but I expected at least a call back at some point telling us not to wait for him because he is overbooked, or sick, or something. I waited as long as I could before I turned to another company. The experience was frustrating.
