We love our new windows. They replaced 26 windows and 3 patio doors. Workmen were experienced, thorough and tried hard to meet our requests for cleaning up worksite at end of each day. The only problem was scheduling. Salesman told us the job could be done in 3-4 days. Actually it stretched out over a period of 6 weeks, partly due to problems beyond their control.

A friend used this place and had a good experience. We liked the sales person and he was helpful with choices. When the door was installed (on a Friday) it did not have the correct window. We had ordered a small decorative window that would give some privacy; instead we got a clear pane. The installer said he would have them call me immediately to arrange for a new window. The following Wednesday I had to call them since they hadn't called us. I told someone the problem and he said someone would call. The next day someone called and said he would have to come and look at it before he could do anything. I said there was nothing to see other than a clear window...but he persisted and made an appointment for a few days later. He called 2 hours before that appointment to say he didn't have to call and they would order the correct window. That took several weeks and when the man came to install it a peg used to secure the window in wouldn't fit so it took a few more weeks before the entire project was done. Disappointing.

The product, warranty and service are indeed superior. We liked them so much we are having them install permanent siding.
