They sent 2 men. One plumber, one apprentice. Had them remove a garbage disposal. When I asked if they would recycle it, the bottom line was--it was too much trouble. I later discovered that recycling of garbage disposals is required by law. Also purchased fixtures to replace dripping faucets, if needed. Was told they could eliminate the drips without replacing--saving me money on fixtures and the time for installation. That did work for 2 of 3 faucets.

We were told the problem was the toilet, which we replaced and then found out that was not the problem. The plumber did not return to fix the new problem, but did charge us for installing the new toilet, which was not the problem.

Paul was a sub on a major remodel (kitchen and bath) and did a great job. I didn't give personal direction and didn't compare pricing with others.
