Not Recommended
I won’t board my dog there again. Last time I picked him up, he came out yowling and clearly hadn’t eaten for awhile (though the staff reported no issues). This last time I boarded him, he came out wet and smelling of urine. Again, no report from the staff. And we were 2 hours past the “pickup time” which is only tangentially advertised, and were charged for another full day. I wouldn’t mind paying for good service, but I’m just not convinced that my dog is getting the service I’m paying for (extra walks, playtime, etc.), since the “camera access” they refer to costs extra money. Our dog is family and I’m unwilling to take a risk. I would NOT recommend Halo House, and I’m sorry about that, because I’d hoped for better from them.
