Company took inordinately long to respond for our request for an estimate. Once their rep came out and sent us an estimate, we requested to be put on their schedule. Agreement was sent to us to sign authorizing our credit card to be charged for half of estimate as deposit. Once we returned it, company charged total amount (over $1,000) to our credit card without even giving us a date for the service to be provided. This action enraged my husband who called company rep and cancelled request for service. To date, we have still not received a credit to our card nor a refund check even though the owner of the business indicated in an email that we would receive a refund.
