We live in a condo with multiple wall air conditioners/auxiliary heaters. (Not window units -- built into walls, about 48" inches long, similar to what you find in many hotels and motels.) We wanted routine annual preventive mainanence. Our former company (Christian) stopped doing this. It was surprising how few companies are willing to do this work. Dowd sent someone (a relatively new, though experienced employee-- he joined them as part of a recent merger, I gather) and he arrived on time, did a thorough job, and gave us advice. Based on previous service, the price was reasonable. I would contact them again.
