When I called, they came by to check out the garage in a couple days, gave me an estimated cost that was in line with what I saw in "Checkbook", even though I wanted a 24 gage steel door, not 28 gage. The price was higher, of course, but still a good deal. Another company came came in with a similar price, but with a 28 gage door since they didn't have access to the Heritage 3000 that I wanted. The young man who did the installation was very pleasant and happy to explain anything I wanted to know. He did an excellent installation in the 4-hours he promised. I am very pleased. Incidentally, I kept my garage door opener which works great and is relatively new.
