Rushed us to try and make a purchase. It felt like the sale was more important than the customer

Installed a Bow window and a sliding glass door.

Left huge bolts on front lawn from packaging that I hit with my mower. When removing old window the broke out the glass with NO TARP to catch the glass. It landed behind bushes in an area my kids played. Window leaked at every heavy rainfall from day one with water pouring from behind the frame molding at the top. A supervisor returned, removed outer flashing and informed me the leak was coming from my roof...a lie.

For the next 4 years untill we were able to afford replacing our room I rigged up pans and buckets to catch and redirect major leak and added water damage. Hired an Amish roofer, and kids 16 - 18 years old inspected the roof and found NO ROOF LEAK. They investigated the window install and discovered it was installed WRONG, and a major shortcut was taken that could have easily been prevented water damage. Teenagers repaired Powers mistake and I have never had a leak since.

As for the sliding door to our back porch, when we recieved a heavy a torrential rain, major leakage under the sliding door occurred soaking a 30 sq ft area of our wall to wall carpets, and lossening a tile floor on the concret slab underneath. I repaired it myself with some expandable foam and spent a week drying the carpets with fans.

Would I ever use these guys again? HELL NO !!!
