Yocum replaced all gutters and downspouts, and added several to new areas of the house. Did a good job. At first heavy rain, notice a issue and they came out within a week and resolved. Owner did several site visits to estimate and provide samples. Process went well. Did not price a second vendor, and Yocum I think was a bit pricey, but needed work done ASAP in new house, ad they accommodated. Noticed that they did use a sub-contractor to assist with install, so probably cheaper to go direct to sub-contractor, but we did't know that until day of install.

I used Yocum to replace gutters and downspouts on the back of our house. In so doing, we increased the gutters from 5 to 6 inches in width, and the downspouts from 3 to 4 inches. Yocum performed the work in a single morning and in the exact manner that I had requested. When the project was finished, they removed the old gutters, downspouts, and hardware. I will bring them back in the spring to do similar work in the front of the house.
