Main complaint is prices on parts. One part that they removed, showed it to me and told me it needed to be replaced else it could damage the heater. This was during a heater inspection that I paid for previously. The cost for that part: $200. I bought the exact same part and had it shipped to my house for $13 a few days later. I asked them not to replace the part. That was months ago and the heater is fine. Suspect that their techs are pressured to upsell for things that aren't needed. Interestingly just a month prior I had the same company come out and they found an issue and repaired it. That tech went out of his way to do his own inspection. His analysis - everything looked good. They are a good local company but the parts pricing needs to be knocked down a couple of rungs.

The people who do the actual work are very pleasant and seem to know what they're doing. And they don't artificially inflate charges like the company I used to use. BUT the office staff is terrible. Messages don't get passed on and caklls don't get returned, appointments get canceled without letting you know, in general they're unhelpful and rude. But the important stuff is fine.

Charged much more than quoted price--twice. The first time may have been legitimate, but the second appears intentionally misleading. Price charged 1/3 higher than a comparable local company; the quote had been about the same.
