Newrez is constantly trying to get me to re-fi my mortgage. I have things on my credit history that will hurt me, so I am willing to keep the current mortgage. Had a friendly conversation with one representative and unbeknownst to me, she filled out a re-fi application for me which I did not want to do. I feel Newrez is only trying to make money off of me.
