Danielle and her staff are incredibly friendly. Danielle gets down on her knees to greet my boys with hugs and kisses on every single visit. She remembers them and can even tell them apart (they are litter mates). She takes the time to ensure that all of my requests are accommodated, and if there is anything new that I request (i.e. not cutting their eylelashes) she ensures that it is documented and added to their file right away. Her staff is wonderful and they do a great job grooming my boys. they are always consistent and my boys always come home looking and smelling amazing. I also love that the dogs get to play in a free and open area between grooming appointments. She has it set up like a doggy daycare instead of keeping all of the dogs in kennels between grooming. It makes the experience much better for all of the dogs and I am happy sending them there every six weeks!
