We had problem with our relatively new geothermal heat pump not generating heat and occasionally causing water from the outflow pipe to back up into the basement. After having several other people incorrectly diagnose the problem, the guy from Sinton seemed to be really knowledgeable in both correctly diagnosing the problem and recommending a number of possible fixes.
